MS: Please change this name "Windows on ARM"
Here is the announcement of Windows on ARM: http://forwardthinking.pcmag.com/operating-systems/294103-windows-on-arm-3-big-questions
If x86 Windows and WOA are not the same, please change the name. That will remove some ambiguity over whether it is a same old Windows or not.
I understand MS is trying to even the play field for all ISVs (including system software makers). If I can't write a system driver and develop unique product on WOA, why should I care about WOA unless WOA has significant market share.
